The hotel is as good as expected for a Regent Hotel. The great added value is Yina from the concierge. She helped us a lot to make our stay perfect. Any day good advices for tours, restaurants and any little need. She really gives her best to exceed the guests' expectations. I wish there was a Yina in every hotel :)

We liked the whole experience of staying at this hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was excellent. Spacious room and huge bathroom, comfortable beds. No noise from other rooms nor from outside. Walking distance to tourist main streets. We didn’t have time to enjoy all the facilities that the hotel offers such as the pool, the gym and the spa.

Loved the indoor pool and gym facilities. The staff were very friendly. Breakfast was nice. The hotel atmosphere was lovely, especially having the piano player in the lobby. We ordered some drinks in the evening and were surprised to receive a lovely platter of veg sticks, nuts and chocolate. Nice touch! Also was nice to get a knock on the door and were delivered some apples.

The Hotel employee are very friendly and helpful. From the moment you step into the hotel you feel the warmth from the staff making sure you have a pleasant stay in the hotel. Got a lovely and delicious xmas cake left in the room when we're back to the hotel on Xmas eve was a great surprise. Special thanks to the Guest Experience Team for making our stay enjoyable!

It’s close to train line No5, walking distance to WangFuJin shopping centre Provided kids’ items when check in, also box of moon cake as for celebration of Mid Autumn festival Swimming pool is great, my 7.5 yo loves swimming, visited every day, met a super friendly instructor who gave advice to improve her skills Staff are helpful and friendly, remembered my name whenever saw me at buffet

Superb location, very close to Wangfujin, also atop metro station, giving you great access to the key touristy spots like Forbidden City and Tiananmen Square. Next door mall APM and Jinbaohui offers a lot of food options. Room is spacious too.

The room we stayed in was lovely and the breakfast second to none. We enjoyed using the facilities including the swimming pool and sauna. The staff were fantastic and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Kevin Li gave us such a warm welcome, Jiang Mei Hong helped give us everything we needed and Saga helped resolve a difficult situation… thank you very much and see you all next time.

The hotel is walking distance to the popular Wanfujing street and the staff there were all professional and helpful. I would definitely stay here again when I visit Beijing .

Room was clean and had nice amenities, free mini bar was a bonus. Breakfast was great, a highlight. Staff helpful. Found it difficult to order a taxi to the airport at reception on departure as we didn’t have WeChat or a Chinese taxi app however the young luggage attendants at the front door were extremely helpful.

location, facilities, helpful crew, cleanliness, quiet rooms, concierge. Ms. Yina Wang at the Concierge was very very helpful. check-in and Check-out process took only a few minutes. she must be recognized for her sincere efforts in helping the guests.
